Transient Credit Application

Eligibility

Transient students are current WVU students who are interested in taking a class or classes at another institution and applying the class or classes to course work at West Virginia University.

Procedure

Please use the Transient Credit Application Form to take courses at another institution while receiving WVU credit. You must obtain ALL departmental approval using the Transfer Equivalency Review Request form for courses that are not currently in the Transfer Equivalency Self-Service system.
