WVU truly feels like your “home” away from home as soon as you step on campus. There is something for everyone and endless opportunities to get involved in your major or in the community. Everyone on campus wants to see every student be successful and is willing to help in any way they can. WVU is more than just a university – it’s a place where you make lifelong relationships and memories.

Favorite Thing About Your Job

I absolutely love talking about WVU to prospective students and their families. I wouldn’t be in this position without the opportunities provided to me by WVU. Traveling and sharing my knowledge about the institution and what my time here was like is so exciting. Helping students find their place in higher education and see their excitement about WVU is something I find extremely rewarding.

Advice for Students

Don’t be afraid to ask questions and explore majors/minors you’re interested in. Always use the resources offered on campus and build meaningful relationships with faculty and staff. Your college career is one of the greatest opportunities throughout your life, so make every minute of it count!
