Important Note

It will take multiple days to complete all new student requirements. Please schedule your travel plans accordingly so that you arrive in a timely manner bearing in mind that you are not permitted to travel to the U.S more than thirty (30) days prior to your program start date (first day of classes).

For ease of travel, it is highly recommended that you make your travel arrangements to arrive at Morgantown Municipal Airport (MGW). Ground transportation to your final destination is easier to arrange from this airport located about 10 minutes drive to the campus.

Pittsburgh International airport located approximately 90 minutes drive to the campus may be used; however ground transportation is more challenging and expensive to organize.

Ride sharing services, (for example: Uber and Lyft) also operate in Morgantown and in the Pittsburgh area.

Travel from the Airport

From Morgantown Municipal Airport

Taxi transportation is available at approximately $10 - $15 dollars to campus and nearby residential locations. A courtesy phone is available at the airport to call the Yellow Cab Company (304-292-7441) or you may call Motown Taxi ( motowntaxis.com.)

From Pittsburgh International Airport

Grey Line Public Bus makes two trips daily from Pittsburgh Airport to Morgantown (Mountaineer Station) at a cost of approximately $25 – $30 dollars. Taxi service or ride-share to your final destination may be necessary at an additional cost. The Grey Line Public Bus departure times from Pittsburgh International Airport are as follows:

One way fare from the Pittsburgh Airport to the Westover Terminal, the main bus depot in Morgantown, WV or Mountaineer Station.

Departs Pittsburgh airport daily: 10:00 AM - Sunday - Saturday 6:00 PM - Friday and Saturday 9:10 PM - Sunday - Friday

Grey Line Bus pick-ups will occur at the Ground Transit Door 8.
