Travel to the U.S. and Arrange Airport Pick-Up

Move-in

Welcome home! If you are living in a WVU residence hall, details for move-in will be sent to your WVU MIX email in early June. If you are living off-campus or in University Apartments, contact your property manager for move-in information.

Pay Your Bill

By the end of the first week of July, fall semester charges will be available in WVU MyAccount, which you can access through the WVU Portal. You will receive a billing notification in your MIX email if you owe a balance. Payment is due August 1.

Tip: Tuition payment plans are available to break up your semester's tuition and fees into smaller, more manageable installments.

You won’t receive a bill if you have paid your fees, have established a payment plan that covers your balance, have a sponsor paying your fees or have enough aid to cover your charges.
