Driving Directions to the WVU Coliseum

Mountaineer Visitation Day registration is held at the WVU Coliseum on the morning of the event. Driving directions are listed below. You may also find it helpful to look at a map of the Evansdale campus.

From I-79: Take Star City/WVU exit. Cross the Star City bridge and proceed up Monongahela Boulevard past Texas Roadhouse. The WVU Coliseum is on the right.

From I-68: Take Pierpont Road exit and follow signs to stadium. At third traffic light, turn right on to Route 705 and stay on this highway as it becomes Chestnut Ridge Road (through four more traffic lights). Turn left at the fifth traffic light onto Van Voorhis Road. The road becomes Patteson Drive at University Avenue. Proceed up Patteson to the light at Jerry West Boulevard. The Coliseum is directly ahead.
