WVUp All Night

As a WVU student, you’ll have no excuse to be bored on a weekend night. Just head to the Mountainlair for the University’s premiere weekend entertainment alternative! WVUp All Night begins each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night at 7 p.m. All activities are free or very low cost.

 

Here are some examples of the things you’ll find at WVUp All Night:

  • Fun Flicks (make your own video)
  • Comedy Caravan each Thursday night
  • Movies
  • X-Box Game Zone
  • Drop-in tutoring and quiet study areas
  • Lots of free food, such as a nacho bar, sandwiches, and a midnight breakfast buffet
  • Casino Night
  • Game Shows
  • Karaoke
  • Candle-making and other crafts
  • Performances by campus groups, such as the African Dance Ensemble
  • One Hit Wonder Recording Studios
  • Half-price Astro bowling and billiards

WVUp All Night has been nationally recognized as an attractive weekend alternative to the college party scene by Safe Lanes on Campus: A Guide for Preventing Impaired Driving and Underage Drinking. It has also been featured on numerous TV news programs, including ABC's Good Morning America and the BBC.
